John Bowman is an experienced judge and Phi Theta Kappa Scholar who holds a degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Since 2002, John Bowman has served as a circuit judge in the state of Florida, where he has also been responsible for training new judges in the dependency division. 

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Judge Bowman actively supports local charitable organizations and serves on the Stephen Booher Inns of Court executive committee. The Stephen Booher Inns of Court operates as a local chapter of the American Inns of Court, a national association of legal professionals who strive for professional excellence in their field.
